Job Description
Responsible for greeting customers in a friendly manner and may escort them to their desired destination. Monitors guests needs and the workflow of the hospital lobby. Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision. A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. High school diploma or its equivalent and no experience. Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Education: Post High School vocational/Specialized Training preferred.
Experience: Six to twelve months previous healthcare experience preferred. Prior admissions, customer service and/or public relations experience preferred.
